⚠️ Community drone operators: FIFA World Cup matches at Levi’s Stadium on June 13, 16, 19, 22, 25 and July 1 will trigger Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs).
No drone flights are allowed within a 3-nautical-mile radius and up to 3,000 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) during restricted periods.
Violations may result in FAA enforcement action and penalties. Check FAA updates before you fly.

🎓 Mission College President Dr. Seher Awan embarked on a special mission to honor some of our outstanding graduates in a truly personal way prior to our Commencement in May. Accompanied by Connor Keese, Director of Outreach & Student Activities, Dr. Awan visited graduates in their homes and on campus to celebrate their remarkable achievements and dedication.
During these heartfelt visits, graduates received with delicious cakes and thoughtful gifts as tokens of appreciation for their hard work, resilience, and commitment to academic success.
These exceptional students have demonstrated perseverance, determination, and an unwavering pursuit of knowledge, leaving a lasting impact on the Mission College community. Their accomplishments inspire us all and reflect the values of excellence that define Mission College.

🎶 Mission College’s free Summer Concert Series kicked off earlier this week with an unforgettable evening in the Central Plaza. Thank you to everyone who joined us for an amazing start to the summer concert season!
Mazacote launched the college’s fifth annual Summer Concert Series with high-energy salsa, Afro-Caribbean rhythms, vibrant brass, and infectious dance grooves that had the crowd moving all night long. 💃🕺

Mission College was proud to join the City of Santa Clara earlier this week for its Pride Flag Raising Ceremony at City Hall. 🏳️🌈
Mission's Dean of Equity and Student Success Ken Songco served as a guest speaker and shared the college's ongoing commitment to supporting LGBTQIA+ students through programs, services, and community-building efforts. These highlights include the creation of the LGBTQIA+ Club, the LGBTQIA+ Advocate Training Program, and the recent launch of the LGBTQIA+ Center.
We are grateful to the City of Santa Clara for bringing our community together to celebrate Pride Month and reaffirm our shared commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging. 🩵
