Making Friends Preschool

Hi neighbors, friends and everyone in Santa Clara. If you checked our photo, you know that we opened a Little Free Library remembering our story times at Making Friends Preschool.
I am looking to exchange or simply getting donated books for very young children ages 2 and 3 years old. Our selection is for older ages and we are in need for really, really, younger stories. Please, message me if willing to trade.

If you are looking for a program for your preschool age child, please, let me know and I will be able to refer you to great educators in the Silicon Valley, who are open for business during Covid 19 and follow the strictest guidelines to protect the children at this time of crisis. Today we celebrated the last generation of preschoolers moving on to Kindergarten or TK.
Best wishes to the graduates. I trust in them. Now is my to turn my eyes inward and see what else life has to offer.

So blessed and thankful for it.

Getting to closure of a stage in life. These were great years. Weird times we are in. But happy to have known so many families and wonderful children.
Make new friends but keep the old. One is silver, the other one gold. So long....

Coming to a close... pandemic or not. It was a great ride. We will miss the good times...

The families at Making Friends Preschool brought back the "Thankful" jars sent home. Inside it, each member of the family expresses in writing, what they are thankful for. The children seem to understand the message very well. The grown ups in our program are also adding little strips of paper with their thoughts. I was not inspired at the beginning and ended up needing more strips of papers later!!!!.... So much to be thankful and appreciative for. But especially, people, young and older in my life.
We can't teach children by preaching this concept. All we can do is look at ourselves and check if our hearts are in the "right" place. The children will catch this by osmosis...
