Building brand-new technology that the world has never seen was one of the most rewarding things of my life.
I've been to dozens of factories, assembly houses, and manufacturing plants; each is so different.
Plastic, metals, silicones, electronics, carbon fiber, and the world of materials and manufacturing are endless, as are the products that shape our world.
In a world that keeps changing, it takes real vision to lead the way.
At Apple Vision Pro, we pushed the limits of what could be done. We worked with new materials, brought in the latest technologies, and created amazing things that once seemed impossible.
This set new standards for everyone. Now, I use my experience to inspire and help others who want to make new things. What will you create that the world now thinks is impossible?

What's it like moving from a tech giant like to a scrappy ?
At Apple, resources were plentiful and systems well-established. Every process was polished, with a clear path from concept to consumer (most of the time).
Transitioning from this environment to a startup meant adapting to a world where systems must be built from scratch, and every penny counts.
Starting lean at a startup taught me the essence of the 80/20 principle—focusing on the 20% of efforts that yield 80% of results. It's about building smart, not just fast; saving where you can and investing in what truly matters.
Here's what I've learned about making the most with less:
- Ruthlessly: Focus on what delivers real value to your customers.
- Embrace : Limited resources can fuel creativity and innovation.
- Quickly: Small, rapid improvements can lead to significant gains over time.

What's it like going from 0 to 60 in 2.4s?
The police really wanted me to find out (and so did , but that's a different story).
Stepping into the HQ, I was shocked to see the exotic cars they are known for. Little did I know I would be stepping into their in a few moments and having a Policeman chase cars through the Dubai streets in style.
The engine's sound adds a rush that's hard to describe, but the entire experience kept me wondering—what does this have to do with ?
Well, for one, the McLaren has 710 horsepower, but that's about where the similarities end.
Although one of the racehorses can cost more than a McLaren, the McLaren is a steal if you're measuring cost per horsepower.
