Student Work Highlight: Sammy Morales

In the Creating Apps Using AI class, Sammy Morales developed a custom church app designed to help members stay connected and informed. The app includes service information, sermons, upcoming events, giving, and other helpful resources, all in one place.

At GSBC, students are learning practical skills they can use to strengthen and serve the local church.

Student Work Highlight: Iliana Martinez

During her summer internship at Grace Baptist Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado, senior Iliana Martinez designed a historical display celebrating the church’s 50th anniversary. Using photographs, memorabilia, and important moments from the church’s history, she created a visual timeline that is now displayed throughout the church hallways.

At GSBC, students are encouraged to use their training and to serve the local church with the skills they have learned.

Student Work Highlight: Moey Hussin

In the Creating Apps Using AI class, freshman Moey Hussin built a personalized travel-planning app. Users can compare hotel and flight prices, create itineraries based on their budget and travel style, explore driving and scenic routes, and view cruise options.

Here at GSBC, students are taught how to use the latest technology in the media classes for church work and wherever God may lead them.

The Lord gave our GSBC tour groups another special week of ministry. This week, our students were able to sing, serve, meet faithful friends of the college, and see alumni of GSBC along the way. Each stop was a blessing, and we are thankful for the pastors and churches who welcomed our students.
