Walking Together: Cultivating Leadership for Today's Church
Walking Together is a free, team-based leadership development program that brings parish teams together for a 4-day intensive summer clinic at Santa Clara University, followed by 12 months of online community learning and accompaniment. Grounded in a synodal and intercultural vision, the program cultivates shared leadership and adaptive practices for today's diverse Church.
