Yesterday some Wilcox students were able to attend the San Jose Giants game as part of Education Day. The group was made up of mostly seniors who are part of our AVID program or our AP French class. Thanks you to and all of the educational booths. It was a great day at the ballpark. ⚡️

Congratulations to our Wilcox Automotive Engine Teams for having the fastest two times at the Hot Rodders of Tomorrow West Coast Engine Contest on Saturday, May 2, 2026. Our teams competed in the timed event against 6 other high school teams from Southern California. The event was hosted at the Lions Automobilia Foundation Museum in Rancho Dominguez, CA. Both teams posted times that qualified them for the Hot Rodders of Tomorrow Engine Challenge Nationals, scheduled for November at the SEMA show in Las Vegas.

Team 1: Jasmine Romero, Amera Hamed, Kristopher Ramos, Xavier Cook, and Seth Porter.

Team 2: Shivansh Misra, Sean Watkins, Gurkipal Singh, Kamal Singh, and Jacob Varela

Alternates: Juan Alejo, Liam Martin, and Max Zahihullah.

Congratulations, Chargers. Thank you for your guidance, Mr Antolin!

This is just a portion of the magic that Mrs. Trisko’s students shared with parents, families, friends, classmates and the community this evening. Thank you to all who helped make this evening a success. Great job! ⚡️
