When your home espresso machine is basically café equipment. ☕️👀

Robert De La Rosa brought in his Lelit Bianca LELIT to practice with during latte art class, and this machine has some POWER.

The Bianca is a serious step up for the home barista: strong steam power, dual boilers, precise temperature control, and a setup that gives you much more control over both espresso extraction and milk texture.

And for latte art, that steam power makes a huge difference. 💨🥛

But more power also means more technique. Every steam wand behaves a little differently, so learning how to control the machine you actually use at home is just as important as learning the basic steaming technique.

That’s why I love when students bring their own machines to class. We can practice together, figure out its personality, and help turn that beautiful home setup into something you actually feel confident using.

Definitely a dream upgrade for a serious home barista. 🤎
