But spend a little time watching learners interact with it and you'll see something deeper.

Conversations about saving.

It's not really about the currency.

It's about the choices.

And choices are where learning lives.

Many adults have a similar story.

We graduated from school knowing how to solve equations and write essays...

But very little about money.

How to save.
How to budget.

No lecture required.

Just ownership.

One week, a learner running the Hero Buck Store noticed something frustrating.

More and more learners were forgetting utensils and water bottles, expecting her to open the store during her lunch break.

So she made a bold decision:
Plastic forks would now cost 5 Hero Bucks.

That small choice led to a much bigger conversation about fairness, leadership, and responsibility.

And eventually, Town Hall stepped in.

The kind of leadership worth practicing every day does not always look impressive from the outside.

Sometimes it looks like helping a friend.
