Over the last year 1,000 parents have signed petitions against Teen Talk and hundreds have spoken up at school board meetings in opposition to the company Teen Talk. Twice last year, Washington Elementary School went into lockout due to homeless men living in their cars in front of the school fighting, throwing bottles over the fence, and creating an unsafe environment on school grounds....
