Sunset Soul Session with Kevin Paris was super sweet + soul filled… thank you to ALL for coming and sharing your sweet hearts… thank you for bringing the outdoor sound system for this event to happen under the open sky and to for sharing your Sacred Alchemy Sound Healing… they came out and donated their time to make this magic happen… Truly from the heart… and this is what it’s all about… it takes a village… and the drive is not always about making money… but it is about LOVE ALL WAYS…



i LOVE creating space for friends to come together~ to GATHER ~ to feel their part of the whole in CommUNITY… this sweet group of friends moved their messages on the winds of breath in rhythm + flow under the open sky by the sea to Kevin’s music and the sound of the waves dancing their hearts…

And for this who don’t know my history, I grew up teaching from 23-47 in Mammoth + Bishop, so this festival is super close to my heart as I started my path of teaching in 1993 at Snowcreek Athletic Club where I eventually connected with who is founder of Mammoth Yoga Festival] …
we created magic back then with one of my first Mountain Honey Yoga Adventures + I love that we are still making magic! So… my roots community is there in the Easter Sierra where I founded Yoga, a sweet community based yoga studio that still thrives and has survived this past couple of years thanks to her new owner Lauren Robinson, as the LAST studio standing on the east side… DEEP ROOTS RISE… love you ~ what a blessing it is that you are holding that space with your strength and grace!

23 years ago my sweet Cody came into this world ~ yep~ my little leprechaun 🍀 ~ and he has the Mischievousness + the luck that comes with this crown! Happy birthday 💚 love you more than words can express! You are loving, generous, and kind and I am so proud of the young man you are!!! Keep rising and shining your sweet heart! That’s where the GOLD IS!!
