So it begins. Another journey into the world of catalyzing other’s capabilities. Helping those who are looking for more than another workout ‘program’.
Honestly the point here is to ‘reprogram’ into a system that is not rigid yet has specific implementation practices.
We start form the base, the root , the ground floor and build to the top! This is another step toward the goal which is to have no limit or predisposition toward what success may look like.

Slow motion, lean in, move with intention.
Feel the contraction in controlling tension within the range of motion that feels good.
Now push just a bit further.
Notice any compensation.
Enjoy the contrast.
Then reverse engineer that segment.
We are not looking for perfection but we definitely will achieve progression.
