HIRING: LOOKING FOR HEAD or ASSISTANT COACH - UCSB Women's Lacrosse (D1 in the Western Women's Lacrosse League)

Hello fellow coaches
University of CA, Santa Barbara is looking for a new head/co-coach to start this October! Salary ranges from $10,000-25,000 based on qualifications and position. Any expenses for travel and parking during related events will be compensated.

EXPECTATIONS FOR TIME COMMITMENTS
Fall ball runs October- mid December with practices 3 days a week
Season run from January - May with practices 4-5 days a week and games most weekends
You may also take opportunities outside of practice to work with players 1 on 1

REQUIRED
Have played at least 3 years of competitive college level lacrosse
Have a balanced and comprehensive understanding of field positions, defensive and offensive movement, current USA lacrosse rules.
Have ability to create and execute diverse practice plans
Strong leadership and motivation speaking
Have a competitive and creative mindset

PREFERRED
Someone who's willing to commit to 2+ years to growing this program!

Happy Monday everyone!! Just a friendly reminder that we officially begin practice tonight on field 4 at 6pm. If you plan on playing lacrosse this fall, it is important that you are present tonight. If you have class at any point during practice time, that is okay - just let Elizabeth Leshuk know if you will be coming late or leaving early!

Please arrive a few minutes early to help with field set up and to be ready to go (cleats and goggles on) at 6pm. We can't wait to see everyone out there!!!! :-)

Hey everyone! If you're interested in playing lacrosse this year, please come out to our informational meeting tonight at 6pm at the bleachers on field 4 of the rec cen turf! No special gear required, we'll just be talking to you guys about the program and answering any questions you may have.

The Gauchos play at home this weekend!
A team plays University of Arizona on Saturday at 12pm.
A and B team both play Cal Poly on Sunday at 11am and 1pm respectively.
All games are on field 4 at the Rec Cen!
