Hey everyone! We will be hosting ACTEX CEO Bill Marella for a workshop on leadership in the actuarial profession. There will also be a free raffle for study materials. 1 winner per 10 attendees, so be sure to come!

The session focuses on the idea that during the hiring process, actuarial employers are looking to hire future leaders to build their talent pipeline. Leadership is a skill that can be developed, and as actuarial students, understanding different leadership styles and how to apply them effectively in managing teams, projects, and tasks is critically important, even at the early stages of your career.
