Quartet of Gauchos Picked on Final Day of MLB Draft UCSB's four draftees included Joey Epperson (13th round, 387th overall pick by San Diego), Greg Mahle (15th round, 449th overall by the Los Angeles Angels), Tyler Kuresa (16th round, 470th overall by Minnesota), and Austin Pettibone (24th round, 726th overall by Texas).

Gauchos Earn No. 10 National Seed, Will Receive First Round Bye in NCAA Tournament This Sunday at 6 p.m., UCSB will host the winner of the Penn State/St. Francis Brooklyn First Round Matchup.
