An event honoring International Women’s Day drew a capacity crowd last Friday at AUSB! Guest panelists included Lori Luhnow, Santa Barbara Police Chief, retired U.S. Army Colonel Kathryn Burba, and Barbara Ben-Horin, CEO of Girls Inc. of Greater Santa Barbara. Barbara Greenleaf moderated the discussion. On the topic of leadership, Chief Luhnow's advice was to, “listen, trust the process and most importantly, be your authentic self.” Antioch MBA alum Kathy Burba commented, “A good leader must always provide purpose, direction, and motivation.” Thanks to everyone who attended! https://www.antioch.edu/santa-barbara/2018/03/09/community-leaders-inspire-crowd-breaking-glass-ceiling-forum/
