Description:
From the Beatles to Beyoncé, modern popular music has given a not-so-subtle nod to the world of what is referred to as Classical music. In this innovative workshop, students will take a holistic approach to music exploration through movement, art, listening, and more!

While exploring music from various genres, students will make connections between the different styles while also having fun and connecting with each other. Students will explore healthy vocal technique and musicianship while learning the Baroque art song, Caro Mio Ben, referenced in the popular song, Daughter, from the recently released Cowboy Carter album by Beyoncé.
