It's Sunday! For me, Sunday is a reset and preparation day. I use this day to ensure the grocery shopping is done, meals are prepped, laundry and chores are complete, workouts are planned, and uniforms are ready to go. I also finalize my schedule and to-do lists. The work I put in today makes my week flow smoother, which causes me less stress.

I have developed an 8-hour interactive course that provides participants with the skill set to navigate a career in law enforcement. Whether you are just beginning your career or have been fighting the good fight for years, this class has something for you.
I will help you understand the police mindset, the importance of resiliency, and the importance of emotional intelligence and mindfulness. We will also examine what stress does to the body and how to apply these skills to your life and career.

You need enthusiasm to get started, but you need endurance to keep going. As LEOs, we are very enthusiastic to get hired, make it through the academy, and off of FTO. It then takes endurance to successfully and safely complete a 30-year career.
Learn to be resilient by making fitness, nutrition, and a positive mindset a priority, and learn how to build a routine to maximize your sleep.
Be disciplined, build a routine, and be one degree better.
