Reminiscing about Assoc. for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback - AAPB while we get ready for ISNR!

We are so excited to be highlighting our speakers for this year’s Neurotherapy Conference! First on our list: Dr. Yury Kropotov.

Dr. Kropotov is the founder of the QEEG normative database, Director of the Neurobiology Laboratory at the Institute of the Human Brain in Saint Petersburg, and a professor at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Having published several research articles and the textbook Quantitative EEG, Event-Related Potentials and Neurotherapy, few researchers have done more to define how we understand brain function across cognition, memory, perception, and emotion.

His work at HBI built a normative database of 1,000 healthy subjects ages 7 to 80, alongside dedicated databases for patients with ADHD, autism, schizophrenia, OCD, depression, PTSD, and anxiety. The methodology developed there now informs neuromodulation protocols across the world.
