Bethel Baptist School: Kindergarten through 12th Grade

Our school garden, led by Mrs. Yonkers, was a fun and hands-on experience for our students this year! In the spring, students planted seeds and watched them grow into tomatoes, potatoes, radishes, cucumbers, squash, and strawberries. They took turns watering and caring for the plants, learning responsibility while enjoying the excitement of seeing their hard work pay off. We even discovered a sneaky hornworm munching on our tomatoes, which definitely kept things interesting!

And while the students are enjoying summer break, Mrs. Write is still out there harvesting vegetables! We’re beginning to think the garden doesn’t know school is out. 🌱🍅

Tomorrow at 2PM is our High School Graduation! Come support our students in person or watch the livestream!

School may be over, but we still have some fun on the calendar! Come join us at Huntington State Beach tomorrow evening to celebrate a great year at Bethel!

Tonight is our High School Award Night. We will honor the hard work that each of our students has done this year as well as present several prestigious awards! We hope to see you there!!
