Our photography students put their composition skills into action during Spiritual Emphasis Week! After learning the principles of photography composition, they challenged themselves to apply those same ideas to video as they captured the week’s activities.

During our group devotions, we talked about how the choices we make today can shape our future. We looked at the wisdom of the ants preparing for winter, examples of people who failed to plan ahead, and Nicodemus, who came to Jesus seeking answers about eternal life.

Spiritual Emphasis Week is coming!

The beginning of a new school year brings so much that is NEW! New classes, new books, new friends, and for many of our students, even a new school, a new home, a new country, or a new language.

That’s why we set aside a special week early in the school year to build community and grow together. ❤️

Next week from the 26th to the 28th, our afternoons will be filled with team activities, challenges, laughter, and a short devotion time each day.

Back to School Night at Bethel was a great start to the new year! Students and families met teachers, reviewed important information including the dress code and handbook, made class requests, and had the opportunity to ask questions. Our teachers and Principal Mr. Thomas were there to help everyone feel prepared for the year ahead.

We were also excited to welcome some of our alumni back for a visit and a chance to say hello!
