We have introductory programs for those who want to try out fencing for the first time, intermediate programs for those looking to expand and develop their techniques, and competitive programs for those interested in competing at the regional, national and international levels. SCFC Open Foil Circuit Challenge will be this Saturday, March 7, at 11am! We have moved from our usual Friday evening time to allow more flexibility for people who want to fence in it. As usual, this non sanctioned tournament is a mixed all ages foil event open to any fencer, regardless of experience or club affiliation - everyone is welcome. Registration is $10 and medals go out to the top 4 finalist.
The Center opens at 10am, check-in closes at 11am and the tournament will start at 11:15am. We look forward to seeing you there!

Great job to all of our fencers who competed at the Orange Coast Division foil/epee tournament @ SCFC this past weekend! Congrats to Tristan, who took SILVER.
Our next sanctioned tournament will be held on Sunday, October 19. The registration deadline is October 12.
This season, we are holding Senior mixed epee events each month as well as Y12/Y14/Senior and Veteran foil events.
Vet epee fencers: mark your calendars! We will be adding a Vet mixed epee event to November's tournament.

The Y14 and Senior foil events are almost at capacity for this Sunday's SCFC Orange Coast Division tournament. But we still have spots in Y12 and Vet foil as well as the new Senior epee event. If you would like to still be added to registration, please let me know. Feel free to spread the word for these events if you know someone who might like to fence next Sunday!
