Abraham Lincoln Elementary is a school of diverse 21st Century learners who are mastering challenging academic standards. We pride ourselves in educating scholars who are independent problem solvers and critical thinkers, successful in the global community. Congratulations Mrs. Le for being awarded $1,000 from the Student Achievement and Innovation Learning (SAIL) Grant sponsored by the Assistance League of Santa Ana. She will use the money to provide calming tool kits for general education classrooms and provide more personalized tools tailored to different students she supports. Way to go, Mrs. Le!

Mr. Ramirez, our third grade teacher, is helping our students become results driven! 🦁

Before students take the district i-Ready assessment, Mr. Ramirez works with them to set goals and think about what they can do to show their best work.

Students also collaborate throughout the learning process. Some work in larger groups to teach and support one another, while others work in focused pairs. Whatever grouping best supports their learning, Mr. Ramirez creates opportunities for students to work together and grow.

We love seeing our students take ownership of their learning and work toward their goals!

It is hot outside! To help ensure the safety of our students and staff, students spent time in the MPR during their lunch time in a nice cool air conditioned room. We had activities to keep our students entertained inside. If the weather continues to be hot, we have a plan to keep everyone out of the heat. Stay cool everyone!

Back to School Night 2026! 🦁❤️

Thank you to all of our families who joined us for a wonderful evening at Lincoln! It was great seeing our families connect with teachers, visit classrooms, and learn more about the year ahead.

We were also grateful to have more than a dozen community partners join us to share valuable resources and information with our families.

We hope you loved spending the evening at our school as much as we love having your children here each day. ❤️

Our teachers are rocking it early in the morning. This all happened before morning recess! Ms. Lopez gave diagnostic tests to see how students are reading, Ms. Le taught students about zones of regulations, Mr. Roberts introduced a bubble map to describe characters, and Ms. Jimenez showed students consonant sound walls and how to produce sounds.
