Here is an example of chipping with a 9 Iron.
1- use your putting grip. 🤝
2- turn your lead hand underneath to prevent flipping. 🤔
3- ball position back, SLIGHTLY.
4- weight is 60% to 40% towards your lead leg (the one facing the target).
5- rock your shoulders to produce power.
6- finish with clubhead towards the area you want the ball to land, not finish.
Remember…. It is a brushing stock NOT a hit.
