Our OC G.R.I.P., the Orange County Gang Reduction & Intervention Program, which is actively taking to the streets! We are thrilled to see the positive impact this initiative is already having within our community.
This program is designed to foster gang prevention and promote academic success for students in Orange County. A key component of OC G.R.I.P. involves encouraging parents to volunteer as "parent-greeters" at their childβs school. This active presence helps create a safer and more supportive environment, while also encouraging parents to become involved in neighborhood watch programs within their community, further strengthening local safety nets.
Would you be interested in learning more about how we achieve these goals and the specific strategies we employ to support our students and families? We believe this program offers a vital approach to building stronger, safer communities for our youth.
