Crystal was going to pay $2,000 for MCAT prep. She built her own instead, using AI she learned through Syndara, one of many free resource to every Pathseeker.

She's one student. The resource is sitting in front of all of them.

EverWell Primary Care didn't write us a check. They did something harder. 💙

This Loma Linda practice opened a supervised clinical seat, and an AYO Pathseeker is now training toward PA school, real patients, real supervision, real hours.

Those hours are the hardest thing a pre-health student has to find, and one of the easiest things a practice can give.

This is Amir, one of AyZar Outreach 's Path Seekers.

He also joined our Syndara POD Beta Construction Cohort, and today he's interning with AyZar Inc. on active construction projects: reading floor plans, working through city permitting, doing the actual work.

During the cohort he built an AI tool that reviews subcontractor bids and flags what's missing, like insurance coverage below California's required minimum. He's kept building on it since, on his own time.

"I didn't know how to get a permit before this. I learned the steps, and I learned how to read a plan."

One sponsored journey is what puts the next SoCal resident where Amir is now.

After 8 incredible years, we are saying farewell to someone who has been at the heart of Ayzar Outreach, our Director of Strategic Planning & Operations, Nika. 💛

Eight years of showing up. Eight years of building systems and making sure this organization could do what it was created to do: open real doors for young adults across Southern California.

Nika didn't just hold a title. She helped hold this mission together.

The impact she has made on our team goes far beyond what any farewell post could capture. Thank you, Nika. 🙏

Almost 10 years ago, Nadia, Irisdian, and Pam were walking the same high school hallways. 💛

Life happened the way it does, college, marriages, kids, careers. They went their separate ways. Two stayed connected. One went her own way entirely.

Fast forward nearly a decade and all three of them are now working together at AyZar Outreach. Because of one connection, AYO has been able to provide real opportunities to grow in their fields they actually want to enter.

That's the power of a network that lasts. You never know where one relationship will take you or who it will bring back into your life with purpose.

Meet Fereshte Salmani, one of our incredible Pathseekers. 💛

Fereshte came to AyZar Outreach with a clear goal to understand AI and learn how to incorporate it into her career. Not because someone told her to. But because she recognized that the world is changing and she wanted to be ready to meet it.

That kind of initiative is exactly what we built this program for.
At Ayzar Outreach we believe it's never too late to grow, pivot, or level up. Fereshte is proof of that and her story is just getting started.
