Day 2: Self-Care Tuesday! Today we had over 70 students and staff from join us for mindful breathing, drawing, and Take a Break bingo! Thank you to all that participated and hope you got to enjoy making your own Baby Yoda masterpiece! .r.llamas

We had a great start to National School Counselors week. Yesterday we made origami hearts (in preparation of We Care Day), worked on grounding techniques by playing The 5 senses scavenger hunt game, and we learned a few yoga stretches.
Today is Day 2 (Tuesday) and we will be learning some breathing techniques, coping skills, and we will create a drawing.
Every student is welcome as the school counselors and higher ed counselors team up to host these daily activities. Students must be signed into sausdlearns.net accounts to join zoom.
