As we gathered in the courtyard with family, friends, teachers, and staff—enjoying ice cream, pizza, and yearbook distribution—CCS closed out another wonderful school year, 2025–2026.
What a blessing it has been to share in the memories, laughter, and special moments that made this year so meaningful. Grateful for our amazing school community and all the friendships made along the way.
Here’s to a fun summer and all that’s ahead!

Calvary Christian School Santa Ana
Sharpening Minds & Transforming Hearts At Calvary Christian School we often use the phrase, "Sharpening Minds & Transforming Hearts," to describe our purpose.
We are committed to sharpening minds by providing challenging academics which promote critical thinking skills in Kindergarten through 8th grade. We seek the transforming of hearts through a nurturing environment that strives to instill Christian values. As teachers integrate rigorous academics and Christian values, students are equipped with a Christian worldview which serves as a their foundation to positively impact their world for Christ.

Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!
Mrs. Morgan and Mrs. Morrow’s 1st grade classes did a phenomenal job bringing Cinderella to life! 💫
Months of hard work paid off as the students memorized their lines, parents helped with props, and staff worked behind the scenes to make the production truly magical.
We are so proud of our amazing 1st graders—great job, everyone! 👏

Our Costa Rica team returned home early this morning. ✈️ They spent their last day at camp welcoming 275 campers to the camp. Our team checked campers in, helped with games, prepped food, and washed dishes. It was a great end to a special week. So thankful for La Montaña Christian Camp and the amazing work they are doing to spread the gospel. Also grateful for the opportunity CCS has to partner with them!

Today our Costa Rica team finished painting 20 different Bible verses in 20 dorm rooms (stenciled and painted one letter at a time!). The team had such joy serving and finishing this project! After lunch they painted a chalkboard wall where campers can write what their camp experience was in the chapel, painted a sealant on the walls of the chapel and sanded down some items to be repainted. After that they ALL participated in the infamous mud run and loved every minute of it. They cleaned off in the lake where there was a slide, a trampoline, a blob and a Tarzan swing.

Our Costa Rica team is learning to wait on the Lord and that serving the Lord together can be so much fun! 💕 Today the team served food, washed dishes, swept and mopped floors, and painted verses on dorm room walls. There was also time for roller skating, volleyball, games, and laughter!

Today our Costa Rica team was tasked with the job of prayerfully choosing verses to paint on the walls of 12 dorm rooms. After selecting the verses, they started the process of stenciling the letters and painting them. These rooms house thousands of people every year. Many of the campers don’t know Jesus and now they will have the word of God to read on their walls. They hope to finish this project tomorrow! The evening concluded with gym time (where they all tried rock climbing!) and worship around a bonfire.

Our Costa Rica team landed safely early this morning. ✈️ 🇨🇷 They enjoyed a delicious, authentic Costa Rican breakfast, toured and hiked the campground, tested out the low ropes course, had their first “coffee time”, and enjoyed a special time of worship. They are looking forward to a good night’s rest before they start tackling work projects tomorrow!

This Friday a team of middle school students and chaperones are headed to Costa Rica to serve for a week at La Montana Christian Camp. They were prayed over and commissioned during yesterday’s Sunday morning service. Please join us in praying for them this week as they prepare to go. They are so excited to see how God will use them over their Easter break!

This morning our 8th graders toured the famous battlefields of Gettysburg. They had lunch in town before heading to Philly for a walking tour around the city! They enjoyed some amazing Philly cheesesteaks for dinner and ended the night with a fun (and super interesting!) presentation from Betsy Ross.
