We're also holding space for the quieter, relentless grief that comes with life's transitions. The end of a chapter. The version of yourself you had to let go of. The relationships that changed shape. The dreams that....

Have you ever felt like you were grieving "wrong"? Too much, too long, or over something that didn't seem big enough to grieve?

Here's what I want you to know: grief has no expiration date. And it is so much bigger than death. It lives in the life transitions. The relationships that shifted. The mother wound. The dreams that changed shape. The version of yourself you had to leave behind to become who you are today.

This month at Mindful Gathering we are going into grief together. Not to fix it or rush through it but to name it, honor it, and learn to carry it with grace.

I'll be sharing a TED talk-style teaching on what grief really is, leading a guided somatic practice, and holding space for open group sharing. This is a safe, warm, supportive circle.
