As we get ready for an exciting night of Sanger Indian football, we want to remind everyone of our Indian Stadium Game Day Guidelines. Please take a moment to review the permitted and prohibited items before heading to the stadium.

Reminder: Fans will not be granted re-entry after being scanned in for a ticketed event.

We are so thankful for our community partners. Thank you for making SHS the best, we can’t wait to see what Mrs. Mulkey, Mrs. Schertz, and Mr. Bessey along with Mr. Wallace’s STUCO class create 💜💛.

Thank you to our friends at the Sanger Walmart Distribution Center for donating lumber to the Sanger FFA and the Sanger High School Agricultural Mechanics program. We appreciate your continued support of our programs.

A Reason to Celebrate🎉 Sanger ISD Earns a "B" Accountability Rating!🌟

Hello Sanger ISD community,

We are proud to share that Sanger ISD has earned a “B” rating in the latest state accountability report.

While we are proud of this rating, we know it represents much more than a letter grade. It reflects the hard work, planning, teaching, learning, and support taking place every day across our district. Most importantly, it provides us with valuable information about where our students are succeeding and where we have opportunities to continue growing.

We have much to celebrate in Sanger ISD, and we also recognize that our work is never finished. We remain committed to using accountability results, student data, and the work happening in our classrooms to identify areas for improvement and ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.

To our teachers and staff, thank you for the dedication you bring to our students each day. To our students, thank you for continuing to work hard and challenge yourselves. And to our families, Board of Trustees, and community, thank you for your continued partnership and support of Sanger ISD.

We will celebrate the successes reflected in this rating, learn from the areas where we can improve, and continue working together to provide the very best educational experience for every student we serve.

There are so many exciting things happening across Sanger ISD, and we are proud of what we are building together. We will continue to set high expectations, focus on student growth and achievement, and work each day to make Sanger ISD even stronger.

Accomplish More By Attending — Absences Add Up! 💜💛

Did you know that missing just a few days of school each month can add up to a huge loss in learning over time? Every day in the classroom counts toward student success!

Here is how absences add up for a Sanger ISD student:

Missing 2 Days Per Month Means Missing:
20 days of school a year
13% of instruction for the school year
70 hours of Math & ELA in elementary (or 33 hours in secondary)
1.7 total years of learning by high school graduation (K–12)

Missing 4 Days Per Month Means Missing:
40 days of school a year
26% of instruction for the school year
140 hours of Math & ELA in elementary (or 67 hours in secondary)
3.4 total years of learning by high school graduation (K–12)
