We’ve had some beautiful weather, so we brought our Easter fun outside this week. I decided to draw outlines of eggs, carrots, crosses, flowers, & bunnies, so all the kids had to do was paint & design each shape how they wanted. I may have done a few too 🤫

Now we have a beautiful, festive patio 🥕🐇🌸✝️

To make chalk paint, finely crush up chalk into a powder. I like to pour the different colors into a muffin tin. Add a little water. Mix. Viola!

I made these fun little Easter themed pattern block pictures to go along with our lesson about 2D shapes and attributes. I made my kiddo ID the different shapes she was using, count how many of each shape she used once completed, and reviewed how many sides and corners the different shapes have.

☘️We LOVE a fun chalk obstacle course🍀

I threw in a few tasks to practice addition/subtraction, odd numbers, counting by 2s, & spelling for my 5 yr old…The “pick a path” and say the colors are a few tasks my 2.5 yr old could practice.

Some days you just need worksheets and that’s OKAY! These menus make it SO easy to switch out worksheets or activities…and the best part: everything you put in can then be reused.

It can also be used as a quick daily review of concepts learned (name, letters, colors, shapes, weather, calendar, etc)
