VFNC focuses on consultation and equipment usage and training to veterans engaged in farming. The Veteran's Farm of NC, Inc.
is a farm designed and dedicated to returning servicemembers to instruct and train them on all aspects of agriculture. VFNC helps them learn anything they wish to learn through on farm production models of sustainable livestock production and organic vegetable production. Yesterday was beehive inspections! The students learned what kinds of things to look out for as the bees transition from the heavy foraging seasons to the Fall and Winter.
