CCCC begins new era of soccer with new head coach The Central Carolina Community College soccer team is stepping into a brand new era.

Thank you to the Food Lion Feeds Charitable Foundation for a $5,000 grant supporting CCCC students experiencing food insecurity. This funding given to the CCCC Foundation will help restock the Ruby McSwain Cougar Markets on our Chatham, Harnett, and Lee campuses, ensuring students have access to nutritious food when they need it most.

Thrive Together: Creating Connections Tuesday, Sept. 10 | 12:00–1:00 p.m. Join us as we recognize Su***de Awareness Month with activities that foster connection and community. At the Lee Main Campus, you can make your own button, craft a friendship bracelet, leave encouragement on the Positive Note Wall, and discover mental health resources. Let’s come together to spread positivity and support one another.

Central Carolina Community College is committed to supporting our community beyond the classroom. One way we do this is by helping expand and coordinate transportation services in Chatham and Lee counties through the Community Transportation Program.

A public hearing on the proposed Capital Community Transportation Program Application will be held Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom before the Board of Trustees of the Central Carolina Community College Foundation.

These transportation services—delivered by Chatham Transit Network (CTN) and County of Lee Transit System (COLTS)—are vital for ensuring community members can access education, work, and resources.
