🏃‍♂️ Congratulations to Gavin Ngojoy! 🦅

This past week, Gavin competed at the USATF Junior Olympic Championships, showing out on one of the nation's biggest youth track & field stages.

Gavin competed in both the 4x800-meter relay and the 800-meter run, posting an impressive 2:12.47 in the 800!

We're proud of the hard work, dedication, and commitment Gavin has shown to earn the opportunity to compete at this level. Congratulations on an outstanding season— we can't wait to see what's next!

Mark your calendars for the Fall Sport Interest Meeting.

Parents/guardians of student athletes (especially those that are new) should plan to attend IF your student-athlete is interested in:

- Boys' / Men's Soccer
- Girls' / Women's Volleyball
- Women's Golf
- Cross Country

UPDATE to our summer workouts!!

XC will begin TUESDAY @ Kiwanis Park in Sanford.

Open to MS and HS students. Athletes must have a physical uploaded in DragonFly.

Next week, we will enter the first of two summer dead periods as designated by the NCHSAA. During this time, all school sanctioned athletic activities must pause in accordance with NCHSAA guidelines.

It is the PERFECT time to get your annual appointments done and all forms updated and uploaded into DragonFly!

Sport specific information, regarding times and locations, will come in the next few weeks, but PLEASE mark your calendars.

FALL SPORT PARENT MEETING: July 21 @ 6pm, Room 135.

High school students: tryouts can begin July 29 for any fall sport.

Middle school students: tryouts can begin August 6 for any fall sport.

🏆 Shout-out to rising senior, Kevin Spivey Jr., for winning the Heart of a Champion award!!
