We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and be committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves implementing educational programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Utilize all methods to encourage independent learning and exploration
Implement behavior management strategies to support children's social skills.
Conduct assessments to monitor children's development and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience for students.
Engage in tutoring sessions as needed to support individual student learning needs.
Uphold childcare standards, ensuring a safe and healthy classroom environment.
Experience
Proven experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
Strong classroom management skills to maintain order and foster a positive atmosphere.
Familiarity with Montessori principles is preferred but not required.
Experience in lesson planning and implementing educational activities tailored to various age groups.
Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Previous experience in childcare is a bonus.
