Reminder. Tomorrow 8/20/26, there are only 2 afternoon/evening TKD classes. Little Dragons at 4:30 and Youth Basic at 5… All other classes are canceled due to Black Belt testing at 6pm. Any TKD student is welcome at 5 till 5:45 pm.

Good afternoon everyone. The school will be open tonight with a slightly abbreviated schedule. All adults come in at 6:30, I have decided to combine tonight’s TKD and Ikali classes due to the extreme heat. Thank you.

Heartfelt thanks for all the wonderful comments and support. Thank you! Tomorrow at 12:40, I’ll be back in Boston for the 1 week follow up. I’m hoping for the best, prepared for the worst. 🙏🙏🙏

Good morning. On Friday, I was diagnosed with with a detached retina… this resulted in emergency surgery Saturday morning. Surgery went well. No guarantees on my future vision quality though. Recovery is quite involved. Sitting face down 24/7 in the chair pictured for at least the first 7 days…this is mandatory and extremely important if I’m to possibly get vision back in my right eye…Then absolutely no martial arts movement for 2 months…Or any other activity. So I will not be in class for an undetermined amount of time. Our fantastic staff is stepping up and running all classes until my recovery allows my return. Please be patient, continue working hard in class and when I’m well enough with the dr’s permission I will be back in class in a light duty position. This could be a quick as a couple weeks. I love you all and am looking forward to seeing you. Thank You.

Day 1 done! Tomorrow awaits. Great day of IKALI, followed up with a feast at Kobe steakhouse! Can’t wait till tomorrow for day 2. Special thanks to Tuhon Apolo, and his amazing assistants, LG Tony, Apolo Jr and Leo! You guys are super fantastic!
