Exciting news for CCCC, local manufacturers, community partners, and future workforce! However, we will absolutely miss Marelli and their long history with Lee County and wish their loss was not our gain. But these opportunities are rare and the college will make something extraordinary of the site.

In collaboration with Central Carolina Community College, Lee County has acquired 21.4 acres of property formerly owned by Magneti Marelli, located at 2101 Nash Street Sanford, NC.

For additional information on the acquisition, visit our website to view the press release at https://bit.ly/MagnetiMarelliSite.
