Our K4 students have made a big move! 🎉 They have officially transitioned from Grace CDC (Child Development Center) to GCS (Grace Christian School), and we are so excited to watch them continue growing, learning, and building community in their new classroom home!

This week, our K4 classes read Our Class Is a Family! and celebrated what it means to be a classroom family by creating special bracelets. 📚✨ Each bead carries a meaningful reminder of how we can love, learn, and grow together:

🔴 Red — Kindness�🟠 Orange — Respect�🔵 Blue — Making Memories�🟣 Purple — Helping Each Other�🟢 Green — Growing & Learning Together�🟡 Yellow — Celebrating Our Differences

Our students proudly wore their bracelets as a reminder that our class is a family! 💕 We love seeing these little learners embrace their new school environment, make memories, and grow together.

We’re excited to share that our Head of School, Stuart Shumway, will be the guest speaker at Grace Chapel Church this Sunday!

Mr. Shumway will be preaching from Hebrews 4:14–16 with a message titled “Jesus: Our Great High Priest” at both the 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM services.

What a great first day at GCS! Our campus was full of smiling faces, excited teachers, new routines, and plenty of Crusader spirit as we officially kicked off the 2026-2027 school year.

There’s something special about seeing our students back where they belong, learning, growing, laughing, and building memories together.

Day 1 is in the books, and we’re just getting started. Here’s to an incredible year, Crusaders! 💚✏️📚

Our Class of 2027 Seniors were on campus last week for senior portraits, and it was so good seeing their smiling faces back on campus!

Now it’s time to welcome the rest of our Crusader families back! Back-to-School Night begins TONIGHT at 5:00 p.m.

Yesterday, Pastors Joel Murr, Jed Bayes, and the worship team from Grace Chapel Church blessed our teachers with a special time of devotion and worship.

As the gathering came to a close, our teachers joined together in prayer—lifting up each student and the school year ahead. There is something so powerful and reassuring about knowing your children’s teachers are covering them in prayer before they even step into the classroom.

We truly are blessed with the best teachers and staff and we’re excited to see all God has in store for this school year! 💚📚🙏
