Hello REFIT Community!👋🏻

We have decided to have our last REFIT class on August 4th! After that Tuesday, there will be no more REFIT until further notice after that! 😢

We will have REFIT this upcoming Tuesday and on the 4th!😁

We have loved doing REFIT this summer with all of you! We are beyond grateful for all of the memories we made and all of the fun we enjoyed!🎶❤️

🎉 Guess who’s back?! 🥳 REFIT is returning to Seminole Community Church for the summer!

We know so many of you have missed the music, the movement, and the amazing community since our fall session ended in September! Well, the wait is officially over! Mark your calendars: this special summer session kicks off on June 2nd and will run through August 25th so don't miss out on a single week!

☀️💃Grab your sneakers, invite a friend, and get ready to sweat, smile, and connect again. Classes start on June 2nd at 6:30 pm in the Church Sanctuary.

After 10 years of teaching REFIT (8 at SCC), we (Holly and Sarah) will be hanging up our dancin’ shoes and retiring from REFIT. Over the years, we have formed so many incredible relationships, helped 15+ ladies become certified instructors, hosted the founders of REFIT at three epic experience weekends, prayed, laughed, learned SO much choreography, and provided fun and uplifting workouts to anyone and everyone who walked through SCC’s doors on Tuesday evenings each week. We love this fitness format and community so, so much and are better people because of it…because of YOU.

We would be so honored if you could join us for our last class instructing this Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm. Class is free and is great for all fitness levels. Thank you Seminole REFIT for an amazing 8 years!
