As this year is unlike any other we’ve encountered, I’d like to share some tips regarding staying organized as that is the foundation for any successful school year.
Aviva’s Tutoring Tips For Staying Organized This School Year:
1. Get a binder and notebook for each subject in a specific color.
2. Create a master calendar. Color coordinate the items on the calendar with the color you’ve chosen for each subject, so your scholar can see the month at a glance. Use pace chart if doing virtual school or syllabus (in-person) for each class to do this.
3. Get a weekly planner that lists the assignments for the upcoming week. Again, using the corresponding colors you’ve selected.
4. Print out pace charts and/or syllabus, and either hole punch and place at the beginning of each corresponding binder or slide into binder cover.
