💜💛 WHAT A GREAT FIRST DAY, STALLIONS! 🐎✨

The halls were full, the energy was high, and our Stallions are officially back! 🎉 We loved seeing our students reconnect with friends, meet their teachers, and kick off a brand-new school year.

We’re excited about what’s ahead and ready for a year filled with learning, growth, leadership, and Stallion pride! 💜💛

Day 1 is in the books… and we’re just getting started! 🙌🏽🐎

There will be no football workouts Monday and Tuesday of this week. Stay tuned for future workout and tryouts dates.

What a night in Stallion Nation! 💜💛

Our halls were packed, classrooms were buzzing, and the excitement for a new school year was everywhere. It was incredible welcoming so many of our Stallions and their families back to SanLee for Open House!

A HUGE thank you to our staff for making families feel at home and to everyone who came out to connect, ask questions, meet teachers, and get ready for the year ahead.

The road ahead is looking pretty special, and we’re EAGER to EXCEL with everyone on board! 🐎💜💛

WHAT A WAY TO KICK OFF 2026-2027! 💜💛

Yesterday, the SanLee family came back together for our Opening Meeting, and our road trip for the year officially began! 🛣️🐎

We spent the morning reconnecting, celebrating our successes, reflecting on what makes SanLee special, and looking ahead to where we are headed together. Our staff collaborated, learned from one another, and identified the “key” they each bring to making SanLee a special place for students. 🔑

The energy in the room was a great reminder of what makes Stallion Nation so special. Special shoutout to our amazing PTSO for an incredible breakfast to kick off the morning!

Our destination is clear: greater clarity, greater growth, and greater opportunities for every Stallion.

Simply:

Open the menu in the Parent Portal.
Select More and then Transportation.
View your child's transportation information.

🚍 A Quick Update on Summer Learning at SanLee…

Our summer learning journey began in Chicago at the Marzano Mastery Institute, where our Golden LEAF Schools Initiative Implementation Team learned how to turn our first year’s work with proficiency scales into meaningful classroom practice.

Since then, an incredible group of Stallion teachers has spent time designing proficiency scales that will bring greater clarity to teaching and learning for every student.

Now, teacher workdays are here, and we’re excited to share this learning with our entire staff as we prepare to welcome students and families back for an incredible school year.

2026-2027 is shaping up to be one amazing ride in Stallion Nation! 💜💛
