“Where Leaders Are Made!”
Should every Toastmaster member be given the opportunity to develop and become Leaders?

Absolutely! Every Toastmasters member should be given the opportunity to develop their skills and become leaders, as the organization values personal growth and leadership development regardless of past differences or conflicts.

Toastmasters International is celebrated for its diversity and commitment to fairness, offering opportunities to all members. This is precisely why I joined Toastmasters and remain dedicated to serving as a leader within the organization.

What about you? What’s your reasons for joining Toastmasters? What’s your reasons for staying?

Do you believe “Every Member” should be given the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and serve as a leader? I DO!

QUESTION: If someone asks me, “What kind of leaders are you attempting to make in Toastmasters?”, is it correct to say that we are trying to make “Servant Leaders” based on the principles contained in the poster below? 🤔
