Please have a passion for the food industry, as this position only is available a few times a year. Chef James and myself are dedicated to making sure you succeed, but you have to want it as well.

Come ready to work, learn, and grow. This is a rare opportunity - serious applicants only.

This program is valued at $12,000 at no cost to the pre- apprentice. This is a 1.5 year program to complete so dedication and communication is a must.

Our Middle School Career Exploration camp is underway this week. Students are spending the week in specific program areas that include Agriculture, Engineering, Fashion & Textiles, Culinary Arts, and Babysitting. Students in Engineering Camp participated in industry tours today to Central Electric Membership Corp and Mertek Solutions Inc., while students in Fashion and Textiles went shopping at Hobby Lobby for materials to make their pajama sets this week.
