Big photo dump coming , puppy yoga at Orange City Yoga thank you Barbra Natali for bringing little hearts to light everyone’s face up, I haven’t smiled for 2 hours solid in a while this was so much fun!!! Meeting up and doing fun stuff with some of my work colleagues - from Lakemont Dental Thai food first then puppy yoga 🐶🧘🏼🙏🤗🫶🙌they are doing it again in 2 weeks sign up quick !!!’

One of my students from 3 years ago, turned up today for class, she moved to Miami and has learnt yoga skills, teaches Yin Yoga, has done Thai yoga training and is off to Thailand to learn more from one of my previous teachers, and is created a life aligned with her passions, wishing her a beautiful journey to match her personality 🫶🧘🏼🤗🙏
