Having my own philosophy as a childcare provider has been one of the most amazing things to learn and develop.

I often look back on my own childhood and think about how I would have wanted to learn. I wanted to express myself, figure things out on my own, explore, make mistakes, and simply be a kid—without so many expectations, constant cleaning, or always hearing the word “no.”

That has shaped so much of what I’ve created in my daycare.

I wanted to create a space where children feel safe enough to be themselves. A place where they can explore, get messy, ask questions, try things, use their imagination, and have some of the freedom they may not always have in other environments. I want them to know that childhood doesn’t have to be perfect—it should be experienced.

I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve created, but I also know I have so much more to learn. I learn through classes and trainings, from other people, and most importantly, from the children themselves.

Every child is different. Every child who walks into my home brings something unique with them, and they challenge me to adjust, grow, and figure out how to meet their individual needs instead of expecting every child to fit into the same mold.

There is so much beauty in working with children.

As summer comes to an end, I’ve found myself watching these kids and reflecting on everything we’ve experienced together. I absolutely love them to pieces. I love what I’ve created for them, but I also love what they have created in me.

They have made me a better teacher, a better mother, a better friend, and a better person.

I’m so thankful for the families who have trusted me with their children and for the relationships I’ve built along the way. Being able to serve families in my community and be part of these little lives is something I will never take for granted.

This is more than a daycare to me. It’s something I’ve built with my heart, and it has become one of the biggest blessings in my life. ❤️

Summer is coming to a end soon and we made so many memories and hit so many accomplishments 🙂

I accept part time, drop-in for those who need that flexibility or want to have a child exposed to new environments with peers, also full time care availability.

I have a wait list for kids under 2 years old. Welcome to add your child to the list and I’ll give you a call back when a spot is available.
