The meaning of the name: Denda is a Korean word meaning, “to become.” Our award winning martial arts programs are based on strategies and curriculum that inspires and challenges students to “become.” As we say, "TO DO...IS TO BECOME!' (하면 된다) We have been voted Best Martial Arts School in Utah 18 times by the Best of State Organization. We have also been voted Best Alternative Education School by

Best of State. DENDA Academy of Martial Arts is teaching students to:

• “BECOME” RESPECTFUL.. (Saying, “Yes Sir/Ma’am” to adults)
