Birdsong Gathering Birdsong Gathering is a family primitive and outdoor skills camp in the beautiful Mojave Desert. Dates are November 4-9, 2026.

Be connected in nature while learning valuable outdoor skills and making friends. Be surrounded by the beauty of the outdoors. Our family gathering camp is specifically geared to enrich the lives of homeschooling families and those of all ages wanting to live in community and expand their knowledge of ancestral and homesteading skills.

If anyone is still looking for some adventures in the summer, we highly recommend Fire 2 Fire Gathering in Tabiona Utah. Our kids love it and have tons of fun with all the classes, love the ponds for kayaking and river. There are lots of kids and teens to hang out with. Brad and Jen do an amazing job creating an awesome family outdoors skill camp! Check it out!

Help Wanted! The General Store is Ridin’ Back Into Town next week! We’re lookin’ for a few young folks to lend a hand. Must be at least 11 years (sorry folks -parent can shop, but the workin's for the young'uns'). A friendly manner, a knack for conversation, and a steady hand with hot chocolate, coffee and a bit figurin’. Interviews’ll be held the first day of camp, right here with store managers. Saddle up and come on by -we’ll be glad to meet ya!
