***UGA Admissions Updates, March 2026***

As many of you know, UGA released their final admissions decisions for the Class of 2026 on Friday. A few updates from our end:

1) Edison Prep's popular UGA Admissions Data and Strategy page has been fully updated with the final Class of 2026 data. The # of applicants and academic stats crept slightly upwards, as they do each year. Full info is at www.edisonprep.com/uga/ !

2) Most questions we've had from clients since Friday have been regarding the waitlist or transferring! Wait list decisions always occur after May 1st.

3) What are my odds of getting off the waitlist, historically?
About 5%, historically.

***Parents of 10th and 11th graders***
Does your junior need to take a free mock SAT or mock ACT to see where their score stands? If they haven't had a chance to figure out whether SAT or ACT is stronger, doing so before second semester is wise, since the test is just offered 7 times each year and over half the year has elapsed!

Sophomores who are finishing Algebra II this spring should also consider taking a mock test in late spring if they're looking to study over the summer or early fall!
