Incommmminnnngggg......a shoutout to MRS. MLOT!!!

Thank you to Mrs. Mlot for being such a great sport and spending the entire school day in a silly costume after her class earned the top spot! 😂🧡🖤 We hope the students enjoyed seeing their hard work—and their teacher’s sense of humor—pay off!

But we’re not done yet! 👀 We are SO CLOSE to unlocking our next Walktober goal! At $7,500, the teacher from the lead classroom will get sprayed with silly string!

WE DID IT! PJ DAY IS UNLOCKED!

Thanks to your amazing support, our students have officially earned PJ Day! 💤✨ PJ Day is TOMORROW, FRIDAY, AUGUST 21st!

And now… we are SO CLOSE to unlocking POPSICLE DAY! 🍧☀️

Back for our 2nd year, it’s the Walktober Walk-a-thon!

After an incredibly successful first year, we are back to bring you our 2nd annual Walktober Walk-a-thon! Due to your generous donations we had one of our most supported years yet! We hope to continue those efforts and provide our students with new opportunities in STEM/STEAM, art and other areas.

We are excited to team up again with HOP (Haskin Organization of Parents) to host this “One & Done” fundraiser. That means after this one event, we’re finished asking for fundraising support for the year.
The only other times we’ll ask for money will be for field trips. Optional costs like book fairs, school pictures, etc. will remain the same. By doing this, we can keep more of the money raised (instead of losing a large percentage to outside companies) and spend less time organizing fundraisers. This frees us up to focus on what really matters—creating fun and memorable events for our students and families.

Thank you for your support in helping us make this year’s “One & Done” a success for our kids!

🌱 Thank you to Aubrey and Henry for really taking one for the team this weekend! 💚

Between the rain and sunshine, our garden is thriving... but so are the w**ds! These two tackled three buckets full of w**ds to help keep our garden looking its best.

If anyone has just 5–10 minutes to spare during a visit to Haskin, we'd love an extra set of hands! Whether it's pulling a few w**ds or giving our thirstiest plants a drink, every little bit helps keep our school garden growing strong.

🌿 Not sure if something is a w**d? Just leave it! Most of the w**ds are very obvious, so when in doubt, it's always better to leave a plant than accidentally pull one we want to keep.
