All Buyer Lists from the 2026 auctions have emailed to the email in file in 4-h Online/FairEntry.

Thank You notes are due to the Erie County OSU extension office with a stamp by September 18th. You must turn in your thank you notes in order to receive you check.

Checks will be ready towards the end of October.

Brownfield Ag News & K96 WKFM will be LIVE at the Erie County Fair, and they’re bringing back their popular 4-H Belt Buckle Contest!

🍀 WHO CAN BE NOMINATED?
Any 4-H participant at the fair!

🗳️ WHO CAN VOTE?
Anyone! Parents, grandparents, friends, family, fellow exhibitors, fairgoers — everyone is welcome to nominate their favorite 4-H participant/project!

🏆 The 4-H participant with the most nominations/votes will win a Brownfield/K96 Belt Buckle!

Edy Solet received Outstanding of the Day and the clock trophy at the Ohio State Fair for her project, ' Here, There, Ag Careers Are Everywhere!'

Outstanding of the Day awards go to the top 20% of participants and the clock trophy goes to the ONE best overall project in that category. So, Edy was deemed to have the best Ag Careers project in the entire state!

Congratulations to Valerie Wensink! Valerie received an Outstanding of the Day at the Ohio State Fair for her project, Sew for Others. Outstanding of the Day is awarded to the top 20% in a project category. Way to go Valerie!

REMINDER: Members who placed first in an eligible project should have received an email explaining the Small Project Auction process as well as the rules of the auction. Please read and follow all of the rules listed. Some Self-Determined projects are not eligible to sell.

Projects judged prior to the fair have until Friday, August 7th at 4:30p to submit their online registration by following the link in the email. Attempts to sign up after the deadline will NOT be accepted- no call-ins. Be sure to provide a short description of your item(s) (125 character limit). A list of sale participants will be posted at the Sale Office for review on Tuesday, August 11th. Projects judged during the fair have until the end of the day they are judged to sign up at the Jr. Fair Sale Office. If the office is closed, it must be done first thing the next morning.
*Remember that your sale item must be related to your project and produced by you the exhibitor. Home canned food items are not permitted.
