This is a wonderful podcast and this episode is great. It's must listen for all, especially if you have children.
This episode is about a Berkley grad who turned welder who opened a business that is looking to hire more welders paying $100k(downside it's in Northern California = higher cost of living). $100k a college degree and no debt.

Exploring vocations is important, and letting your children NOT go get a year degree in basket weaving is equally important.
