Sandusky defeats Michigan Lutheran Seminary in softball The high school softball playoffs begin on Thursday. Two local teams went to battle today in the final stretch of the regular season.

Today’s Marlette games are being moved to a 2pm start time due to rain.

Sandusky Wolves Softball won a double header at Caro Monday night

Game 1 with Ava Kolar on the mound got the win 11-1. Kolar allowed only 2 hits, 2 BB, and had 4 Strikeouts

Game 2 with JR. Karleigh on the mound, Trowhill threw a 4 inning NO HITTER, 1 BB, and had 7 strikeouts.

Hits on the night for both games with Caroline Reinke leading the Pack with 7 hits, 4 rbi's, Cora Arbaugh with 5 hits, 2 BB, 3 singles, a double, a Triple off the top of the fence, and 7 Rbi's.
Hannah Webb with 3 hits, single and 2 doubles, and 4 rbi's, Morgan Hooper 3 hits, 2 singles, a double, 1 RBI, Brie Madaus with a single and RBI, Ava Kolar single, 2 BB, 1Rbi,
Brooke Wendling 2 singles, 2 rbi's, Karleigh Trowhill with 2 singles, 1 rbi, Emma Merrimen single, 1 rbi, Taylor Tank single, 1 BB, Sydney Delong 2 walks.

The Lady Wolves play a couple of great games with some good defense behind some really nice pitching from Kolar and Trowhill. Next games are Alpena Tournament Saturday, 5-2-26
